Responsibilities

· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing equipment.

· Inspect the building and equipment to identify and address issues that may affect the safety or functionality of the restaurant.

· Troubleshoot and repair issues related to the building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

· Ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

· Maintain a clean and organized maintenance room and equipment storage area.

· Perform regular safety checks and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency lights.

· Communicate with the Restaurant Manager and other team members regarding maintenance needs and repairs.

· Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.

· Must have own transportation.
