• Perform routine and preventive maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, minor repairs).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain facility systems, including safety and emergency-alert equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain hazard-free environments.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist with upkeep of vehicles, grounds, and common areas.

• Prior maintenance or building technician experience required.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
