Experienced Electrician at Wilson's Petroleum Equipment, Inc. – Fort Pierce, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

• Install Electrical Infrastructure for Fuel Systems: Set up and connect electrical wiring, conduits, and components for fuel dispensers, underground storage tank monitoring systems, and associated control panels, ensuring compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine electrical system layouts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in commercial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and NEC standards.
• Ability to operate machinery and tools relevant to construction tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor settings.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
