Chemical Operator 1st Shift MONDAY-FRIDAY
Chemical Operator - $22/hr - Join Our Family‑Owned Team!
Are you dependable, reliable, and a hard worker looking for a long‑term home with a company that treats you like family? Webb is hiring Chemical Operators for our Fort Wayne facility — and we want people who take pride in doing things safely and doing them well.
What You'll Do
- Handle and package chemicals
- Operate forklifts (load/unload trucks)
- Monitor floor scale & wastewater tanks
- Manage inventory and assets
- Labeling, barcoding, shipping/receiving
- Transfer hazardous chemicals safely
- Use PPE and follow strict safety protocols
- Work outdoors in all weather
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring
- Forklift experience
- Strong work ethic & good housekeeping
- Ability to identify and correct hazards
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50–100 lbs
- Bend, climb, reach overhead
- Grip and lift throughout the day
Schedule
- $22/hr
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Overtime + occasional weekends
- Reliable attendance required
