Sales Counselor – Ocean County, NJ

Responsibilities
- Increase and maintain community occupancy levels
- Conduct on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families to build strong relationships
- Provide consistent, personalized follow-up with prospects and their families
- Guide individuals through the move-in process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Experience in senior living, lifestyle communities, hospitality, real estate, or related fields preferred (not required)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect confidently and effectively
- Strong understanding of consultative, one-on-one sales strategies and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use CRM/contact management systems
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong time management, organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet and exceed performance and sales goals
- Demonstrated alignment with the mission and values of FellowshipLIFE
- Strong hospitality and customer service focus

$65,000-80,000 base plus individual and team bonuses
