Job Description
Position Title: Outside Sales Representative.
Location: Ivyland, PA

For nearly 60 years, Trimline Windows has been manufacturing high-quality wood windows for the replacement, new construction, and historical rehabilitation markets, servicing the Mid-Atlantic region, Ohio, and New England through a network of window and door dealers and building material wholesalers. Its manufacturing operations and corporate headquarters are located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Objective
Major objective is to increase sales in the assigned territory of Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and metro NY / Long Island, through growing existing dealer/distributor relationships and creating new business opportunities. The expectation is to promote the Trimline brand by representing Trimline Windows in a professional manner, by providing excellent customer service, and by supporting existing customers and building new relationships that will yield new business.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Profile
Experience & Track Record
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in distribution channels, building materials, construction products, or similar industries.
- Fenestration experience a strong plus.
- Proven ability to open new accounts and grow existing client portfolios.
Education, Skills & Attributes
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field a plus.
- Energetic, self-motivated, quota-driven, and highly confident.
- Must enjoy field work and direct contact with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling style.
- Experience with industry-related computer quoting tools.
- Capacity to maintain a constant presence in the field, visiting distributors, job sites, and partners regularly.
Growth Path
This position is a strategic seed role intended for someone looking to grow into a Sales Manager Position within 2–3 years, leading a team and managing a broader territory or national distribution channel.
