We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Co-Lead Teacher to join our toddler classroom. In this role, you will partner closely with a co-teacher to support a small group of children, sharing responsibility for curriculum, classroom management, and daily routines. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your co-teacher to plan and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment.
- Share responsibility for daily classroom operations, including setup, cleaning, and organization.
- Provide attentive care, including diapering and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain clear communication and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
- EEC Infant/Toddler certification required.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Previous experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance strategies.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a co-teacher.
