This is a high-impact enterprise sales opportunity focused on accelerating growth across the life sciences sector. You will own revenue generation across strategic medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology accounts, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline development through close. The role combines consultative selling, deep industry knowledge, executive relationship building, and the ability to translate complex clinical and technical capabilities into compelling business value. You will engage stakeholders across Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, R&D, Evidence Generation, Digital Health, and commercial teams. As a key member of a growing commercial organization, you will help build repeatable sales processes and shape the market strategy for an innovative healthcare technology. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives on opening doors, navigating complex buying environments, and closing high-value partnerships.
- Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Life Sciences vertical.
- Build, develop, and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology organizations.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and close.
- Develop account strategies that align technical and clinical capabilities with customers' evidence-generation, clinical, regulatory, and commercial priorities.
- Identify, engage, and expand relationships with senior decision-makers and champions across Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, R&D, Evidence Generation, Digital Health, and commercial functions.
- Translate complex clinical and technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for scientific, clinical, executive, and business audiences.
- Structure and negotiate phased commercial engagements, including initial pilots, evidence-generation programs, and broader enterprise partnerships.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes involving clinical, legal, security, procurement, executive, and other internal teams.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, accurate pipeline management, and rigorous sales forecasting.
- Monitor market developments and competitive intelligence and communicate relevant insights to leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally to refine market positioning and translate customer feedback and field learnings into product and commercial strategy.
- Represent the organization at relevant life sciences conferences and industry events to generate qualified opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Travel up to 30% for customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and strategic engagements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrated track record selling technology solutions to medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology companies.
- Proven history of exceeding revenue quotas and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals within the life sciences sector.
- Established relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across Clinical Affairs, R&D, Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation, or commercial functions.
- Deep understanding of life sciences commercialization across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
- Strong knowledge of R&D workflows, clinical development, real-world evidence, post-market studies, and the regulatory and reimbursement landscape.
- Experience navigating lengthy procurement cycles, complex stakeholder structures, and enterprise buying processes within large, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with both scientific and business audiences.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, account strategy, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build pipelines, open new relationships, and create opportunities in emerging markets.
- Experience selling solutions related to real-world evidence, clinical studies, digital health, remote monitoring, digital biomarkers, or functional outcomes is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with post-market studies, regulatory strategy, reimbursement pathways, or evidence-generation programs is advantageous.
- Experience in mobility-related healthcare areas such as post-surgical recovery, neuromodulation, pain management, fall risk, or neurological conditions is a plus.
- Previous experience working within a growth-stage startup environment is desirable.
