Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Paychex Test Client
Job Summary:
At Paychex Test Client, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase products and services.
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and support promotional activities.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Generate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
Working Conditions:
This position may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
