  • Exposure to an applicant tracking system, including user access, job postings, reporting, troubleshooting, and data integrity support.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to organize recurring talent acquisition data, identify trends, and prepare clear summaries for leaders and HR partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience maintaining accurate data, auditing inputs, and following established process requirements.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system questions, explain process expectations clearly, and support field leaders with urgency, patience, and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Experience supporting recruitment marketing, employer brand content, career fairs, job boards, or employer review platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions while providing timely candidate and manager support.
