Salary Range: $55,000–$75,000 annually

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team and support our lead Financial Advisor in delivering exceptional, high-touch client experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is organized, service-minded, and energized by being a key part of a close-knit, professional team.

What You’ll DoAs a Relationship Manager, you’ll be a vital connection point between clients, advisors, and internal processes. Your work will directly support both client confidence and firm excellence.
Prepare and assist with customized financial plans and supporting materials
Support client and prospect meetings through data gathering, reporting, and follow-up documentation
Manage life insurance and long-term care applications from submission through issuance
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and compliance-related documentation
Provide proactive, high-quality client service and clear, timely communication
Partner closely with the Financial Advisor to ensure a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish
2+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, financial processing, or a similar support role
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
