Job Description
The Marketing Specialist plans and executes integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives. This role works across events, digital marketing, partner programs, content, sales enablement, and project coordination, collaborating with sales, technology partners, internal subject matter experts, external agencies, and vendors.

Duties/Responsibilities
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including timelines, budgets, registration, attendee recruitment, promotional plans, post-event reporting, and proof-of-performance metrics.
- Play a key role in producing ONE CON, IntegraONE’s flagship annual technology conference, including venue coordination, sponsorships, speakers, registration, attendee communications, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate vendors, venues, speakers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track attendance, engagement, leads, and return on investment to improve event performance.
Partner Marketing & MDF Programs
- Maintain relationships with technology and channel partners and coordinate joint campaigns, webinars, events, and sponsorships.
- Assist the Director of Marketing with Marketing Development Fund programs, including funding requests, campaign approvals, proof of performance, claims, and reimbursement documentation.
- Monitor partner fund requirements, deadlines, and reporting obligations to support compliance and maximize available funds.
- Coordinate partner sponsorship opportunities for IntegraONE events, including ONE CON.
Digital Marketing
- Own day-to-day HubSpot operations, including contacts, lists, segments, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, and reporting.
- Plan, build, and execute integrated campaigns for IntegraONE solutions, partner co-marketing initiatives, events, and sales enablement, including automated workflows and drip campaigns for customer lifecycle stages.
- Manage contact database hygiene, CRM processes, and integrations between HubSpot and other business systems, including NetSuite.
- Maintain and update website pages, landing pages, calls to action, forms, and digital content through HubSpot CMS.
- Coordinate with external agencies on website updates, search engine optimization, paid media, and other digital initiatives.
- Monitor and report on website, email, and campaign performance and troubleshoot HubSpot issues as needed.
- Coordinate campaign audiences, timelines, assets, approvals, and lead follow-up, and track performance to improve engagement and conversions.
Content & Communications
- Assist the Content Coordinator with writing and editing copy for emails, landing pages, blog posts, social media, event materials, sales collateral, and internal newsletters.
- Support the creation of graphics, presentations, solution briefs, and promotional materials aligned with IntegraONE’s brand and visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling customer-facing content.
Sales Enablement, Vendor Management & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with the Content Coordinator and Sales and Service leadership to develop marketing materials, email templates, event invitations, presentations, promotional items, and other customer-facing collateral.
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, printers, promotional product companies, and event suppliers, coordinating proposals, quotes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent marketing projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with close attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, customer journeys, content development, and brand management.
- Ability to plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
- Hands-on ability with digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation platforms, email marketing, and website content management systems.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, and work independently.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three or more years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related role.
- B2B and/or technology industry experience strongly preferred.
- HubSpot experience, including automated workflows and drip email campaigns that drive prospect and customer engagement, preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva preferred.
- Social media marketing experience, including LinkedIn and YouTube, preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, paid media, SEO, and digital performance metrics preferred.
Tools & Platforms
- CRM and marketing automation: HubSpot and NetSuite CRM.
- Collaboration, productivity, and project management: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Monday.com.
- Design and creative: Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, and Canva.
- Digital advertising and analytics: Google Ads, LinkedIn boosted posts, Google Analytics, and vendor digital analytics tools.
- Events, webinars, and social media: Whova, HubSpot, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel for events.
- Ability to occasionally work outside standard business hours for events.
