Supervisor Food & Nutrition Call Center
EDUCATION: Preferred: High School or Equivalent
SUMMARY: Provides daily supervision for the operations of the Call Center. Responsible for supervising the Call Center team in assuring that accuracy and good customer service practices are followed. Assist with maintaining nutrition services software.
EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in hospital nutrition office software preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
- Good verbal, problem-solving and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others
- Overseeing the hiring process, and training of staff.
