  • Ensuring all client communications are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Monitoring event timelines and planning deadlines.
  • Coordinating operational readiness across multiple departments.
  • Supporting revenue growth through event enhancements and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Delivering a seamless experience for clients and guests from booking through event completion.

What You'll Bring to the Crew

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, catering, weddings, hotels, venues, or related fields.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience working collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Medical, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits available after only 30 days.
  • Company-matching 401(k) program after 90 days.
  • Complimentary and discounted cruise tickets.
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement throughout Manthey Hospitality.
  • A dynamic hospitality environment where no two events are the same.
  • The opportunity to help create memorable experiences for guests celebrating life's most important moments.
