Description: Lead a High-Performing Dental Practice

Keystone Dental Partners (KDP) is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting strong financial results. The Practice Manager partners closely with doctors, leadership, and support teams to ensure the practice operates efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

As a Practice Manager, you will:

  • Lead and oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality patient care
  • Drive performance in key business areas including production, collections, treatment acceptance, and operational KPIs
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and manage team members
  • Build strong partnerships with doctors and clinical teams to align business and patient care goals
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and budget management
  • Optimize scheduling and patient flow to maximize provider productivity and patient satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supply expenses
  • Partner with Human Resources on employee engagement, retention, development, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Marketing, and Support Center teams to ensure practice success
  • Address patient concerns and support service recovery efforts to maintain an exceptional patient experience
  • Lead team meetings, training programs, and professional development initiatives
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed

Requirements: Qualifications & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in practice management, business operations, or team leadership; dental or healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
  • Experience managing financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in multi-location or group practice settings preferred
  • Experience with dental practice management software or similar systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
Physical Requirements
  • Work in a clinical office environment
  • Sit or stand for extended periods throughout the day
  • Use hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment
  • Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
