Crimping Machine Assembler

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble crimping machines according to technical specifications and assembly instructions
- Inspect and verify parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve assembly issues
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with electrical components and wiring is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus

Requirements: Qualifications- Previous manufacturing, assembly, wiring, or machine-operation experience preferred.
- Experience with crimping tools or machines is a plus.
- Ability to read basic work instructions, drawings, or assembly diagrams.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.
