Why This Role Exists
Growth at J4RVIS depends on Account Executives who can do two things well at once: open new logos and deepen the accounts we already have. This role sits at the centre of that, working alongside our Salesforce and MuleSoft partner ecosystem and our delivery teams to make sure the commercial pipeline is real, the client relationships are trusted, and the handover from sold to delivered is clean. You will carry the full sales lifecycle and be judged on revenue, pipeline health, and client outcomes, not just activity.
What You'll Be Doing- Build and convert new business pipeline: prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within target markets, owning discovery through to deal execution.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Salesforce, MuleSoft, data, and AI services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships up to C-level.
- Run consultative sales conversations that turn client challenges into positioned, credible solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract expansions that create mutual value.
- Keep pipeline, forecasting, and account data accurate in CRM, and report on account health and growth opportunities.
- Partner with delivery and architecture teams to resolve client issues and hand over cleanly from sales to delivery.
Must-haves
- Proven experience selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem (or a comparable platform ecosystem).
- A track record of closing complex, consultative sales deals.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships end to end, from prospecting to close.
- Strong commercial and negotiation capability, with disciplined pipeline and forecasting habits.
Nice-to-haves

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
