Sr. ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflow solutions using leading ServiceNow and Nuvolo technologies.
You will serve as a senior technical expert responsible for delivering scalable solutions, supporting implementations, and improving business processes.
The position combines hands-on development, client collaboration, technical problem-solving, and platform optimization.
You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions.

Accountabilities:

The Sr. ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer will lead technical delivery across ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms, supporting configuration, customization, development, and ongoing platform improvements. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Serve as a senior technical resource responsible for ServiceNow and Nuvolo implementation, configuration, development, support, and maintenance activities.
  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved workflows.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow/Nuvolo solutions, including applications, forms, workflows, policies, access controls, integrations, and custom configurations.
  • Translate user stories and business requirements into technical solutions while following platform best practices and architectural standards.
  • Perform hands-on development activities, including JavaScript coding, integrations, configuration updates, and unit testing.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using the Nuvolo platform to support customer business processes.
  • Create and manage update sets to migrate configurations between environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform issues, implement fixes, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Prepare and present technical deliverables for both internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Provide advanced platform support while ensuring reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow and Nuvolo developer with strong platform expertise, development skills, and the ability to deliver enterprise-level solutions in a client-focused environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification required.
  • ServiceNow Administrator certification required.
  • Completed Nuvolo training and experience implementing Nuvolo space management solutions for at least one customer.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, technology consulting, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct ServiceNow development experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct Nuvolo platform experience or experience with similar Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, development, security, data management, and integrations.
  • Experience developing solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and technical architecture standards.
  • Strong JavaScript development experience, including server-side and client-side scripting.
  • Experience with web technologies such as DHTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, and HTTP.
  • Experience with database technologies including SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or JDBC.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow customization tools including UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Scripts, Web Services, Roles, Groups, and related platform components.
  • Understanding of advanced ServiceNow development concepts, including Glide APIs, Jelly scripts, server-side JavaScript, database relationships, and query management.
  • Ability to meet applicable government eligibility requirements.
