We're looking for an experienced Optical Advisor with a minimum of three years of direct patient-facing experience who is interested in growing into a leadership role.

This full-time Assistant Manager position is part of a succession plan designed to prepare the successful candidate for future Practice Manager responsibilities in our Campbell River location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer care while developing their management and leadership skills.
