This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager, APJ in Australia.
This is a high-impact regional field marketing role responsible for driving demand generation and brand presence across key APJ markets, including Australia, India, Singapore, and Japan. You will own the end-to-end execution of in-person and hybrid marketing programs that directly support pipeline creation, sales acceleration, and partner engagement. Operating as the primary field marketing lead in the region, you will translate global strategy into locally relevant activations tailored to diverse markets and cultural contexts. The role requires strong independence, commercial thinking, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously across time zones. You will collaborate closely with sales, partnerships, and demand generation teams to ensure alignment on regional priorities and revenue goals. This is a highly autonomous position suited for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building impactful experiences from the ground up.
- Plan and execute end-to-end field marketing programs across APJ, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, trade shows, partner events, and branded experiences that support pipeline growth.
- Own regional event execution across Australia, India, Singapore, and Japan, ensuring programs are tailored to local market dynamics while aligned with global messaging.
- Manage full event operations including budgeting, vendor coordination, contracts, logistics, booth setup, branded materials, and onsite execution.
- Partner closely with regional sales, channel, and demand generation teams to align campaigns with territory priorities and accelerate pipeline progression.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, venues, and regional industry communities across APJ.
- Oversee digital event components including landing pages, invitations, email campaigns, registration flows, and attendee communications.
- Track, measure, and report on event performance including pipeline influence, attendance quality, ROI, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or hospitality within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience independently managing end-to-end event execution across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, channel partners, and senior stakeholders to support revenue goals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with external vendors and executive audiences.
- Strong understanding of APJ markets and cultural nuances, with the ability to adapt messaging and execution accordingly.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the APJ region and support onsite event execution.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex logistics and operational tasks.
