This is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership role focused on driving strategic revenue growth within the payments and financial technology space. The position operates at the center of complex, high-value merchant relationships, where success depends on deep discovery, consultative selling, and the ability to translate business challenges into tailored payment solutions. You will engage senior decision-makers across large enterprise accounts, shaping long-term partnerships that influence how money moves in a digital-first economy. Working within a fast-scaling, agile environment, the role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across the full sales lifecycle. It is a highly collaborative position, requiring close alignment with product, legal, marketing, and customer-facing teams. The environment is dynamic, ambitious, and built for professionals who thrive in complex deal-making and market-building contexts.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive strategic enterprise sales efforts by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging high-value accounts through data-driven prospecting and targeted outreach.
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles, uncovering client needs and delivering tailored payment solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and business impact.
  • Build and maintain long-term, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders across large enterprise merchants.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, negotiation, and deal closure using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, legal, and customer success to develop compelling proposals and business cases.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to strengthen positioning and inform internal strategy.
  • Contribute to sales enablement efforts by leveraging tools, collateral, and insights to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within payments, fintech, or financial services, with a strong record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, stakeholder mapping, and negotiation strategy.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strategic, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex client challenges into commercial opportunities.
  • High resilience and adaptability, with the ability to perform in fast-paced, ambiguous, and scale-up environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
  • Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP), offering long-term equity participation.
  • Flexible remote-first working model with access to a Sydney hub for in-person collaboration.
  • Paid parental leave and comprehensive employee assistance program.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget to support continuous professional growth.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-scaling fintech environment shaping the future of digital payments.
  • Inclusive, culture-driven organization focused on innovation, collaboration, and impact.
