This role plays a key part in supporting healthcare provider onboarding and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of credentialing processes within a fast-growing healthcare organization. You will be responsible for managing provider documentation, supporting credentialing and re-credentialing workflows, and maintaining high data integrity across internal systems. The position involves close coordination with providers, licensing boards, and insurance payers to ensure smooth and compliant operations. You will contribute directly to the efficiency and scalability of provider networks that support autism care services. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role within a mission-focused environment where accuracy and organization are essential. - Support end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application management and primary source verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing databases and ensure data integrity across all records.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation and payer requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for providers, licensing boards, payers, and external stakeholders regarding credentialing inquiries.
- Assist in provider onboarding and privileging processes by preparing and validating required documentation.
- Generate credentialing reports and support tracking of key operational metrics and compliance indicators.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Support evolving operational needs as workflows and organizational priorities develop.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to documentation and data management.
- Experience working with administrative workflows such as data entry, record management, or compliance tracking.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
- Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
