Accountabilities:
  • Support end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application management and primary source verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing databases and ensure data integrity across all records.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation and payer requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for providers, licensing boards, payers, and external stakeholders regarding credentialing inquiries.
  • Assist in provider onboarding and privileging processes by preparing and validating required documentation.
  • Generate credentialing reports and support tracking of key operational metrics and compliance indicators.
  • Identify discrepancies, resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Support evolving operational needs as workflows and organizational priorities develop.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of administrative or operational experience, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to documentation and data management.
  • Experience working with administrative workflows such as data entry, record management, or compliance tracking.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
  • Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving startup environments with shifting priorities.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing healthcare startup with strong mission alignment.
  • Remote-friendly work environment depending on operational needs.
  • Exposure to healthcare credentialing, compliance, and provider network operations.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a scaling organization.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture focused on impact and innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare systems, tools, and operational workflows.
  • Opportunity to contribute directly to improving access to autism care services.
