Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Carson City, Nevada at Ridezilla

Ridezilla Carson City is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts and Service operations.

This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring parts and units are received, processed, and distributed efficiently throughout the dealership.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts, accessories, and units for accuracy and condition
• Unload and properly stage incoming shipments
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts and orders accurately and on time
• Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently to support dealership operations

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory through system updates and physical organization
• Label, tag, and properly store incoming parts and materials
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks as needed

Parts & Service Support

• Work closely with the Parts and Service teams to ensure timely availability of parts
• Assist with organizing and distributing parts to technicians and service staff
• Support overall dealership workflow by keeping inventory accessible and organized

Organization & Facility Support

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts/storage area
• Ensure work areas are safe and meet dealership standards
• Assist with general operational needs as they arise

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of shipping/receiving, parts, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in an active, hands-on role
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, inventory systems)
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable and adaptable with a strong work ethic
