Clerk, Shipping and Receiving - NV at Fosdick Fulfillment Corp – Reno, Nevada

Fosdick Fulfillment has an immediate need for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk.

• Ensures that all shipping/receiving documents and functions are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepares bills of lading or receipts for shipments and route.
• Checks that all orders are complete and that proper labels and tickets are applied.
• Verifies and records receipts.
• Distributes documentation to proper departments.
• Maintains good security habits at the docks.
• Assists in loading/unloading trucks and operates material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintains department files and route correspondence with carriers.
• Communicates with customers as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school degree or equivalent.
• The ability to read/write and comprehend all necessary work transactions.
• The ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
• The ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office programs.
