This role is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional to lead high-impact paid media initiatives in a fully remote environment aligned with U.S. business hours. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and driving measurable revenue growth. Working across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging advertising channels, you will play a key role in improving campaign efficiency, scaling acquisition efforts, and optimizing funnel performance. The position combines analytical thinking, creative testing, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced and data-focused environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong ownership over campaign performance and growth outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, performance optimization, and measurable business impact.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok.
- Manage full-funnel B2B lead generation campaigns, from campaign setup and audience targeting to optimization and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimizations to improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing assets.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Build clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align paid media initiatives with pipeline and revenue growth objectives.
- Stay informed on advertising platform updates, industry trends, privacy regulations, and emerging acquisition opportunities.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Proven success improving campaign scalability, reducing acquisition costs, and increasing return on ad spend.
- Strong experience with B2B lead generation, funnel optimization, and performance-driven growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals, including targeting, retargeting, bidding strategies, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and campaign performance analysis.
- Ability to independently launch, manage, and optimize campaigns end-to-end in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with creative tools, advanced audience segmentation, and marketing certifications is advantageous.
