Job Description
Point CX Solutions is hiring motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing Henderson team.

No sales experience? No problem — we provide paid training and are willing to train motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Pay & Schedule- $12/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission
- Weekly pay
- Full-time schedule
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (must have open availability)
- Make outbound calls to residential customers
- Educate customers on energy supply options
- Build rapport and overcome objections
- Enroll qualified customers into available programs
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Track activity using company systems
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
