REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years of Residential and/or Light Commercial HVAC Service/Maintenance experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of equipment, tools, and repair methods.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to clearly communicate information and repair options to clients.
• Positive and Motivated: Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and intrinsic motivation.
• Flexible work schedule: Some Weekends shifts are required
• Essential Qualifications: Valid Class E driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
