Clinic Manager in Macon, Georgia at Premier Vascular LLC

The Vascular Clinic Manager serves as a bridge between clinical staff and physicians, ensuring efficient and responsive workflow to patient needs. You will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, supporting patient care excellence, and driving team success. Vascular clinic or cardiology clinic experience is required.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Supervising Staff: Train, schedule, and monitor the performance of medical assistants. Must be able to perform all the duties this position manages.

Streamlining Patient Flow: Develop and maintain processes that enhance the efficiency of patient handling.

Inventory Management: Monitor and restock medical supplies and equipment.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.

MIPS: Monitor all measures for successful outcomes. Train and mentor staff to ensure all applicable measures are met and surpassed.

Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as phone management, appointment scheduling, and insurance claims processing.

Auditing: Ensure schedule is efficiently and effectively booked. Review charts to ensure pre-charting is accurate and complete. Audit work-product to maintain practice standards.

Qualifications:

• Vascular clinic or cardiology clinic experience is required.
• Previous clinic management experience is required.
• Healthcare management experience is required (5+ years)
• Scheduling experience is required.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Knowledge of medical office operations and patient care
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Team oriented and ability to work with a diverse team and environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
