Job Title : Full time / Executive Assistant (Remote)
Description Are you a proactive and highly organized professional with exceptional administrative skills? We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. This position offers remote work options, allowing you to work efficiently from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities: * Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive. * Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication. * Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations. * Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings, conferences, and events. * Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials. * Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. * Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. * Assist in managing and tracking budgets, expenses, and invoices. * Conduct follow-up tasks and ensure timely completion of action items. * Undertake special projects and assignments as required.
