About This Position

The Foundation Coordinator incorporates the typical job duties of an Administrative Assistant role and adds specific tasks related to assisting in ongoing projects in the Foundation and/or Hospital. This position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as, but not limited to:

  • Providing support to the Foundation Department by way of supporting events, mailings, marketing needs, fundraising needs, etc.
  • Providing support to the Chief Planning & Development Officer (CPDO) with executive support such as calendaring, travel needs, reminders, planning, and support other Executives as needed in the Corporate Administration suite.
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain stock of office supplies, materials, and equipment; and order as necessary
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

  • Community Benefit data collection and submission
  • Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)
  • Management of specific grant budgets
  • Positive Force support
  • Strategic Planning support
  • Technical support for Education Center
  • Support to the Spine Program
  • Photography and videography work as needed
  • Event support
  • Other special projects as needed

The hourly range for this position is $25.00-$31.00
