We're Looking for a Senior Director of Product Management!We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for our Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) team. In this pivotal role, you will align the ISPM product vision with overarching company goals and own the execution of a high-impact roadmap. As a product leader, you will advance our shared vision for the future of identity security and drive meaningful business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGTranslate Strategy and Vision into Execution: Guide the team in translating overarching strategy and vision into concrete short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
Drive Product Excellence: Maintain strict accountability for the overall quality, user experience, and timely delivery of the portfolio's products.
Drive Executive Customer Advocacy: Build deep relationships with strategic customers, ensuring their requirements directly influence prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Maintain Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor market trends and competitive intel to inform product direction and strategy.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure seamless integration, collaboration, and communication between PM teams and Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
Oversee GTM Readiness: Validate and sign off on all Go-to-Market (GTM) readiness activities to ensure successful and impactful product launches.
Enforce Process Adherence: Ensure that standardized product management processes and best practices are consistently followed across all managed teams.
Mentor and Coach the Team: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers, actively overseeing their performance, career growth, and daily development.
Cultivate Team Culture: Foster a strong team culture centered on accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience: 12-15 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
Product Methodologies: Deep expertise in agile development, product management frameworks, and growth initiatives like A/B testing and experimentation.
Analytical & Design Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred: Domain knowledge in Posture, IAM, IGA, or PAM.
Preferred: Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra).
