ER CLINICAL LEADER at Auburn Community Hospital – Auburn , New York

With the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Leader will plan and assist with nursing practice on an assigned unit utilizing evidence-based practices in the nursing process. Accountable and responsible for unit and unit management with a clinical, quality and customer service focus. Attain and maintain clinical practice competency in particular practice area; utilize effective and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills; maximize educational opportunities of the unit with Professional Practice.

Qualifications:
Must have BSN or progressing toward completion and current NY State RN License and have 5 to 7 years of varied hospital nursing experience, including management responsibilities.

Salary: $95,000/annually

Rotatings days/weekends; Exempt 37.5 hours per week
