York Hospital in York Maine, currently has an opening for a Patient Navigator. In this role
you will provide financial navigation for patients, providers and multidisciplinary team
members contacting our Care Access Center.

We are seeking candidates with an excellent understanding of patient charging, insurance reimbursement, medical eligibility, hospital payment programs, charity care programs and marketplace insurance alternatives for patients.

In this role, we will need:

• A Graduate of an accredited 4 year degree program
• Previous experience in an acute healthcare setting
• Knowledge of patient billing
• A demonstrated delivery of customer service excellence
