Mid Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) in Heredia, Heredia at FusionHit

We are looking for highly motivated Mid Full Stack Software Developers with strong experience in back-end development using .NET and some proficiency in front-end technologies, preferably React.

You will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic environment within FusionHit, working with our client in the financial sector. This long-term position offers the chance to work on a modern, cloud-based application, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Our client is a leader in the financial services industry, specializing in innovative solutions for equipment financing. With a mission to modernize the way businesses secure funding for essential assets, they provide customized leasing options to fit each company's unique needs.

This project focuses on building a new internal application to streamline operations and improve user experiences.

Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using .NET (C#, .NET Core).

• Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably React, including state management and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of cloud services, particularly Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, etc.).

• Proficiency with databases such as SQL Server or NoSQL solutions.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET, ensuring scalable and efficient performance.

• Support front-end development using React, assisting with integrations and ensuring smooth communication between back-end and front-end services.

• Build and deploy applications on Azure, leveraging cloud-native services to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

• Ensure best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and security.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, applying them where appropriate to enhance the application.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation and optimization.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
