PROFILE
Gowling WLG is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our collaborative and dynamic P&C team in Toronto. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to Practice Directors, Partners, and Firm members, across key practice groups and provide high‑level guidance that strengthens team performance, enhances operational effectiveness, and supports the Firm’s long‑term growth objectives. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, the People and Culture Advisor will play a critical role in shaping how our people thrive and how our Firm continues to grow.

The starting range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000. Starting salary will be determined based on an applicant’s individual skills, competencies and unique qualifications. Gowling WLG employees have the potential to exceed this range based on tenure and performance.
This position is currently vacant and is open to both internal and external candidates. Gowling WLG is recruiting for this role to support ongoing firm needs and team operations.
