Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, Medley, Pompano, Hialeah, Ft Myers. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their remodeling needs, propose creative design solutions, and support them throughout the purchasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for design and creating beautiful homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their remodeling goals and recommend design concepts and product solutions.

Provide expert advice and personalized service throughout the selection process.

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors.

Prepare accurate proposals and manage project documentation.

Stay up to date on design trends, materials, and innovations in the remodeling industry.

Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in home remodeling, interior design, construction, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the remodeling industry and design principles.

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
