Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join our Deerfield Beach team. This is a full time, fully on site role. You will be responsible for building and managing carrier relationships, driving on time performance through data and KPI management, and partnering cross functionally with our accounting team to resolve issues quickly. The ideal candidate comes with an established carrier network and a track record of success in a carrier sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong carrier relationships to support freight movement across all modes
• Manage day to day carrier performance KPIs with a focus on on time delivery metrics
• Analyze carrier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and carrier payment issues
• Leverage existing carrier network to support capacity needs and competitive pricing
• Serve as a primary point of contact for carrier partners, maintaining clear and proactive communication
• Support internal operations teams by ensuring carrier commitments are met and escalations are handled quickly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in carrier sales, carrier relations, or a similar logistics role
• Established carrier network with demonstrated ability to activate capacity quickly
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and performance dashboards
• Experience working with accounting teams to resolve carrier related financial issues
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high accountability environment
• Prior experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or asset based trucking strongly preferred

Work Environment

This is a fully on site position based out of our Deerfield Beach, FL office. No remote or hybrid options are available for this role.
