You will serve as a technical expert in the field, executing complex electrical and control installations across diverse commercial and industrial environments. How You Will Make an ImpactExecute high-quality electrical installations in strict accordance with project plans and safety protocols.
Interpret detailed project drawings and specifications to ensure precise technical delivery.
Coordinate with field leadership to maintain strict project timelines and budget requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation of daily field activities and safety compliance reports.
Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays.
Mentor junior team members and apprentices to foster a culture of excellence and safety.
Represent the company's core values of service and accountability on every job site.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the electrical field.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven ability to execute complex electrical work with minimal oversight.
Strong communication skills necessary for managing field documentation and team dynamics.
Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.
Advanced knowledge of control systems and specialized commercial installations.
Demonstrated experience in training or coaching junior team members in a field environment.
Bi-weekly pay cycle with performance bonuses available.
