You will play a vital role in our residential division, bringing high-quality electrical craftsmanship directly to our communitys homes. This position offers you the stability of a consistent Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to grow your technical skills through our paid training and mentorship programs.

• Install and repair residential electrical systems including wiring, lighting, and circuit breakers.

• Diagnose complex electrical issues in existing homes to provide safe and efficient solutions.

• Ensure all work meets National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and local building requirements.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain technical issues and service options.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to protect the integrity of the client's home.

• Collaborate with the Field Operations team to complete residential projects on schedule.

• Utilize provided safety equipment and follow strict protocols to ensure a zero-accident environment.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in residential electrical service or construction.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read residential blueprints or wiring diagrams.

• Professional demeanor suitable for working directly in customer residences.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in the residential electrical trade.

• Prior experience with smart home technology or specialized residential control systems.

• Demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction ratings in a service-based role.
