About This Position

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Project Management, or other Health related field required.

2. Training and Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years progressive experience in an office setting managing multiple, complex programs and projects efficiently and effectively.

3. Skills: Must exhibit leadership skills, be self-directed, and have strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Must have the ability to strategically think, problem solve, negotiate, and make decisions. Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a team member with other support staff, executive staff, and Board and Committee Members. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

DESCRIPTION:

The Residency Program Coordinator will assist with the development, implementation, and coordination of UNITY HEALTH’s Residency Program (s). The Coordinator will assist in promoting public awareness and a positive rapport among medical school communities through a variety of written, electronic, and oral communications, and special events and programs in order to attract high quality candidates. Will be responsible for providing administrative support to medical education programs while following pre-established criteria from external accrediting agencies and coordinating day-to-day functions of the program (s).


Full-time, days. 8 AM to 4:40 PM
40 hours per week
