Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing Legal and or Financial services, coupled with call center and customer service center experience, with a focus on ensuring compliance with established business rules and achieving key performance metrics. The Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the delivery of Financial and Legal services to disabled veterans and their caregivers. They will oversee Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Supervisors, and Paralegals and Financial paraprofessionals, ensuring that they are meeting performance goals and providing excellent customer service.?

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist Program Manager with governance, planning, and execution of contract deliverables.
• Oversee operational workflows and ensure SLA compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Support risk management, incident response, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare reports and assist with data analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in program or operations management.
• Experience with call center operations and compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Section 508 compliance, and government contracting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with 24/7/365 operations.
