Automotive Accounting Associate at Toyota/Subaru – FINDLAY, Ohio

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Associate to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have prior automotive dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions that include daily detailed processes from start to finish.
• Cashiering with a strong attention to detail
• Reception with a professional, pleasant, and accommodating demeaner at all times
• Maintain accurate and confidential files and support monthly accounting reconciliation
• Daily deposits
• Titling
• Dealer trades
• Handle finance product remittances and cancellations (Service Contracts, GAP, etc.)

• Automotive dealership accounting experience required
• Proficient in dealership management systems (CDK prefered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position.
• Availability to work retail hours including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
