Hinkley is a fourth-generation, family-owned business with over 100 years of experience designing stylish, high-quality lighting and fans that elevate any space. As a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in our Distribution Center, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers. You’ll receive training to operate powered industrial trucks and will be cross-trained in other essential warehouse tasks, including unloading, packing, and more.

Scheduling Information: Supervisors will work with you to identify shifts that align with your availability; however, this is an as-needed, part-time role. Scheduled hours are not consistent and may increase, decrease, or vary week to week based on your availability and the operational needs of the Distribution Center. There is no guarantee of a set number of hours in any given week.

• Flexible scheduling: No set weekly hours; shifts vary week to week based on availability and business needs.
• Expanded shift window: Shifts may be scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM, depending on workload and availability.
• Starting pay: $16.25+/hour (experienced order pickers may qualify for a higher rate).
• Earn while you learn: Warehouse experience preferred but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 25 feet (you’ll be trained & certified to safely operate a stock picker).
• Ability to frequently bend and lift cartons weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
