o Build and maintain financial models and value analyses to quantify impact and support decision-making.
o Translate analytical findings into clear, structured insights for client stakeholders.
Workflow & Operating Model Transformation
o Assess current-state processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
o Support design of future-state workflows and operating models, integrating technology, process, and human roles.
o Document processes, requirements, and transformation plans.
Execution, PMO & Change
o Support program management (PMO) activities, including tracking progress, risks, and dependencies.
o Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
o Contribute to change management efforts, including communications, training materials, and adoption tracking.
Teaming & Practice Contribution
o Collaborate effectively within teams, contributing to a high-performance, analytical culture.
o Support development of reusable assets, tools, and methodologies.
o Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
Qualifications
• 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or analytical roles, with exposure to digital, AI, or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working on complex, structured problems.
• Experience building financial models, analyses, and business cases.
• Exposure to process improvement, operating model design, or transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI, data, and digital technologies and their business applications.
• Experience supporting project management or PMO activities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, client-ready materials.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
