The Opportunity

You will serve as the strategic engine of our field operations, commanding the execution of high-stakes drilling projects across multiple regional sites. This executive leadership role empowers you to scale our operational capacity while fostering a culture of high performance and elite safety standards. You will join a growing company where your ability to optimize resources and lead supervisors directly impacts our long-term market dominance.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive daily drilling operations involving multiple specialized crews across various project locations.

  • Coordinate the complex scheduling of field crews, heavy equipment, and essential materials to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Monitor real-time project progress and adjust field operations dynamically to consistently meet strict deadlines and budget requirements.

  • Lead and mentor field supervisors and crew members to maintain peak productivity and professional development within the field.

  • Collaborate with estimating and executive teams to align ground-level operational goals with the companys strategic objectives.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase site efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall performance.

  • Maintain professional and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure project alignment.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record in a high-level operational leadership role within the specialized construction or drilling trades.

  • Strong logistical expertise in managing diverse crews and heavy equipment across multiple geographic sites.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to oversee regional operations and maintain site-level quality control.

  • Demonstrated success in budget management and the optimization of field resources.

  • Exceptional communication skills necessary to bridge the gap between field execution and executive strategy.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 7 to 10 years of related work experience in commercial drilling or specialized foundation operations.

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business Operations, or a related technical field.

  • Advanced experience in project scheduling software and operational performance tracking.
