About Our Group

This group provides support to our procurement teams enterprise wide.Our procurement team is a critical component in ensuring the that our manufacturing teams have the supplies to produce on time quality airplanes for our customers. All our teams focus on different spaces in direct and indirect procurement.

About the Role

The System Liaison I role requires a detail‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to high‑quality customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience with vendor maintenance processes and familiarity with Liferay software. The position involves managing accurate data, troubleshooting issues efficiently, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. SAP, Liferay, and/or vendor management experience preferred

  • Strong quantitative analysis and PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Outlook Experience: sending emails, scheduling meetings (recurring).
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IS, related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Entry level. Position Purpose:Under general supervision, the Systems Liaison I will support and sustain the functions of business applications by acting as a bridge between the Business, Vendor, and Information Technology areas.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Perform information gathering activities with business area for enhancement requests. .
  2. Collaborate with senior staff to review and prioritize tasks and enhancements.
  3. Assist senior staff in supporting system implementations, creating and maintaining business system procedures, coordinating project activities, and other assigned tasks.
  4. Resolve issues between business area, vendor, and IT personnel.
  5. Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in project implementation meetings.
  6. Analyze system functionality regarding compliance with company policies, government and other regulatory agencies.
  7. Administer end user accounts and determine appropriate level of system access for power users .
Additional Functions:
  1. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within field. .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
