First Impression Coordinator Springfield in Springfield Missouri, Missouri at Ozarks Elder Law LLC

This position has the critical responsibility of being the first person our clients, family members of clients or potential clients will interact with at Ozarks Elder law. As the First Impression Coordinator, this person will be managing the flow of in appointments and information for our clients. Everything from people coming into the law firm to incoming phone calls requesting assistance. We have an amazing phone and appointment setting program that is very user friendly that will allow us to seamlessly connect people in the place and time that works for all parties. Ozarks Elder Law is the largest Elder Estate Law practice in Southwest Missouri. We have a reputation of protecting and supporting our clients with engaging and caring attorneys and staff. We are looking for candidates that will fit into a culture treating each other and our clients with kindness, support and respect. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to listen carefully and provide support and help to our clients. You will also need very good computer and phone skills and an ability to learn new computer software platforms that we use in our firm. We are fast paced and enjoy working together as a team.
