What You'll Do
- Responsible to achieve annual revenue growth objectives of the organization.
- Manage two inside account managers holding them accountable to exceed quota.
- Own and drive new business generation for ACCi’s managed IT services and solutions.
- Identify, engage, and close prospects using your network, referrals, cold outreach, and creative prospecting.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, and Marketing teams to craft winning proposals.
- Lead client discovery sessions to understand business needs and design tailored IT solutions.
- Use tools like QuoteWerks, ConnectWise, and CRM systems to manage pipelines and close deals.
- Partner with the Marketing team on campaign strategy, event execution, and content input.
- Regularly attend networking events, industry mixers, trade shows, and client meetings to expand your sphere of influence.
- Track and follow up relentlessly on quotes, deals in progress, and client communications.
- Stay sharp on industry trends, product knowledge, and internal processes.
What Success Looks Like
- You're consistently beating your revenue goals and building a robust pipeline.
- 90% of your time spent on outside sales hunting activities.
- 10% of your time spent overseeing & mentoring the account managers.
- Your account managers are consistently beating quota and keeping their clients happy.
- You’ve created a personal brand in the community as a trusted resource for business tech solutions.
- Prospects and clients see you as a partner, not just a vendor.
- You’re a catalyst for growth, helping evolve and improve our sales process.
- You're mentoring or influencing others through your example of ownership and action.
- Your successful performance earns you a seat on our executive leadership team.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (bonus: IT, SaaS, or managed services).
- Experience leading & managing a sales team.
- Track record of closing complex deals and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- High comfort with technology platforms and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- A bias for action and a strong sense of accountability.
- Hunger to grow your impact and income through results, not tenure.
