Accountabilities:

Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles for G&A functions, ensuring alignment with overall financial and strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business initiatives, cost optimization opportunities, and long-term investment ROI.
Deliver clear and impactful financial insights to senior leadership by translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial systems, automate reporting processes, and enhance data accuracy within planning tools.
Manage end-to-end financial workstreams, ensuring alignment of stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and financial objectives.
Support strategic decision-making by analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across business functions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical finance role.
Experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis.
Familiarity with ERP or EPM systems such as NetSuite or Workday Adaptive Planning.
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate insights under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
