JOB OVERVIEW

As a Warehouse Specialist for our Round Rock, Texas warehouse, you will be responsible for the receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping of all Warehouse and Distribution Center products. You will coordinate with the Supply Chain, Logistics, Repair, and other associated groups to ensure accurate inventory control. You will also assist with the proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of all stock and record data within the company’s ERP system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs daily shipping duties including but not limited to the receiving and processing of shipping orders, and execute packing procedure guidelines and processes to ensure products and materials are shipped accurately, on time, and without damage
• Maintains all shipping documentation as outlined and required by shipping policy and procedure
• Interfaces and services internal and external clients, and Interfaces with the appropriate departments to solve shipping issues
• Processes warehouse transactions thru the ERP system with critical attention to detail and accurateness
• Performs cycle counts, physical inventories, and FSE inventory reconciliations
• Performs some driving duties as required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma
• Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, e-mail, and in person with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to take on-call for after-hours parts orders
• Requires ability to handle difficult customers, demonstrate good judgment on tough decisions, and ability to resolve complex situations
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (email)
